This year it was hot, hot, hot at the biggest American car event in the North West. The organisers put on lots of attractions for the whole family, including a Wild West Shoot-out, wall of death and dozens of trader stands. There were prizes galore both Saturday and Sunday, but for most it was a welcome opportunity just to kick-back and enjoy some glorious sunshine.

It’s the biggest American lifestyle and music event in the UK and attracts visitors from all over the world. It also happens to be one of the biggest American vehicle events in the UK, with everything from cars, bikes, trucks, motorhomes – you name it, it was there! With loads of acts performing on a variety of stages it really was like a little piece of the USA right here in the UK!
AACI Summer Nationals, Billing Aquadrome, Northants

This weekend-long knees up has traditionally always been the AACI’s biggest show of the year, with live music in the evenings, show and Shine on Sunday and plenty of prizes on Sunday afternoon, given out this year by Dolly Parton no less (well a lookalike!).
